About

Hi! I am Eun-Young Ko, a Ph.D. student in School of Computing at KAIST, advised by Juho Kim. I am a member of KIXLAB and HCI@KAIST group.

My research area is Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) and Social Computing, which are subfields of Human-Computer Interaction. Specifically, I am interested in building systems that support better communication between the public and experts (e.g. government officials, scientists, or lawyers).

I recieved B.A. in Mathematics (with minor in Economics and Financial Engineering) from KAIST and then I studied Economics at Seoul National University for two years.
